Duties & Taxes: For international orders, import duties and taxes, if applicable, are assessed by the importing country's government and are to be paid by the buyer.
Order Cancellation: All watch orders are considered firm. Any request for cancellation must be submitted in writing to Fotowatch. The customer agrees to pay for any expenses incurred by Fotowatch prior to such request or cancellation.
Order Confirmation: Your order is considered confirmed upon receipt of your completed order form and payment.
Order Delivery: Most of our watch models are available for immediate ship. Only out-of-stock models do not ship immediately.
Packing & Packaging: Each watch is delivered in a gift watch box. Please click here for watch packaging details. Package style and/or type may be substituted at our discretion if original packaging is not available.
Payment: Full payment in US dollars is due at the time of order. The following payment methods are currently accepted - credit card (via Paypal), company checks, personal checks, cashiers checks, bank-to-bank wire transfer, international money orders & travelers cheques. Company & personal checks will be verified by a 10-day clearing period for bank verification.
International money orders in US dollar denominations can generally be easily obtained from your local post office.
Returns/Refunds: Please notify us via email at service aaawatchclub.com should you need to return a watch which is under warranty. Insure to specify in your email a precise explanation of the problem. Before returning any watches you will need to have a return authorization number provided by us. Any watches being returned without a pre-assigned return authorization number will be not be accepted. We suggest that you insure your watch(es) during ship.
Fotowatch retains the following options in the case of returns:
1. To replace the affected goods with conforming goods,
2. To apply the value of the returned merchandise against
future watch orders from customer,
3. To refund the purchase price paid by the seller.
Sales Tax: Fotowatch (the owner and operator of the AAA Watch Club) is an Illinois based company. All orders purchased by individuals or companies in Illinois or delivered to an address in Illinois will be assessed the applicable state tax.
Shipping: Shipping is free on all domestic orders. Shipping is also free on all International orders (up to 8 pieces) of $350.00 or more. For orders of less than $350.00, there is a flat rate shipping charge of $21.65. Please note: International orders are defined as orders for which the "ship to" address is located outside of the United States.
Shipping Terms: All goods are shipped at the purchaser's risk. Fotowatch will not be held liable for goods damaged, destroyed or lost in transit.
Warranty / Guarantee: All watches come with a traditional 1 year warranty against defective materials or workmanship. Fotowatch warrants that the goods will at the time of delivery conform to the general description of goods as shown on this web site.
