  • Placing an Order
    • How Do I Place an Order?
      If paying by credit card or with Paypal, just browse our watch collections, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart and proceed to "Checkout" when you're done. Your credit card information are processed through secure server using industry highest standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) 256-bit AES Encryption.

      If NOT paying by credit card, the Fotowatch AAA Watch Club provides a detailed Order Form for your convenience. Please print the form, fill it in, and fax the completed order form to us at 1-773-442-0150. You will then receive, via your choice of fax or e-mail, your detailed Order Confirmation for your signature and approval. The Order Confirmation contains all of the details of your order and can be modified or corrected.

      You may also send us your order via e-mail.

    • How to Pay for the Order?
      Fotowatch currently accepts the following forms of dollar payment: Credit Card, Paypal, Company checks, personal checks, cashiers checks, bank-to-bank wire transfer, money order & travelers cheques.

      If you do not have a paypal account but would like one, you can register anytime you add an item to your cart and proceed to "Checkout" using Paypal as Payment Method.

      Company & personal checks will be verified by a 10-day clearing period for bank verification.

    • When is payment due?
      Payment is due at the time of order.

    • When Will I Get My Receipt?
      Invoices/Receipts are delivered with all watch orders. Upon request, paid in full invoices/receipts can be mailed 1 week after following payment receipt.

    • Do you ship COD?
      No we do not.

    • What about Credit Card Security?
      All sensitive customer personal information is only entered on pages protected by highest standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) 256-bit AES Encryption technology. The padlock can be seen in the browser. We do not store credit card information on our web server in any format whatsoever and your information will never be sold.

  • Delivery
    • When will my order ship?
      If items are in stock, your order will ship immediately upon receipt of your order and payment. If items are NOT in stock, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

    • What company do you use to ship orders?
      The Fotowatch AAA Watch Club uses the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail with Signature Confirm. for US domestic orders. For International orders, the USPS Priority Mail International® Registered Flat Rate is used.

    • How Many Days Does It Take For My Order To Arrive?
      Once your domestic US order ships via the USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail with Signature Confirm., you can expect for your order to be delivered in 4-7 days. For International shipments, delivery times can vary. Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to arrive.

  • International Orders & Shipping
    • Do You Ship Internationally?
      Of course! International orders are defined as orders whose shipping address is located outside of the United States.

    • How Much Is International Shipping?
      Shipping is free on all International orders (up to 6 pieces) of $400.00 or more. International orders are defined as orders for which the "ship to" address is located outside of the United States.

      For international orders of less than $400.00, there is a flat rate charge of $37.95, except for Canada & Mexico ($35.95).

      Optional we offer the USPS Service 'International First Class Registered Air' with is a flat rate charge of $29.50 (allow 10-14 Days for delivery) and FedEx Service 'International Priority with Signature Confirmation' with is a flat rate charge of $54.95 (Allow 4-7 Days for delivery).

    • How Many Days Does It Take For My Order To Arrive?
      Delivery times can vary. Once your order ships, please allow 6-10 business days for your order to arrive.

    • For International Orders, Who Pays Import Duties and Tax
      For international orders, import duties and taxes, if applicable, are assessed by the importing country's government and are to be paid by the buyer.

    • What company do you use to ship international orders?
      The Fotowatch AAA Watch Club uses the USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail International® Registered Flat Rate or First Class Registered Air.

      In Addition we offer FedEx International Priority® with Signature Confirmation Flat Rate (faster delivery).

  • Returns
    • What is Fotowatch's AAA Watch Club Return Policy?
      AAA Watch Club allows a three (3) calendar day period to return any watch that we sell. Clearance items are not eligible for return.

      To receive a credit for a return, the watch must be returned to us in an unworn, brand new condition. Return Instructions must be strictly observed.

      Return Instructions: Non-defect Reasons
      Please ensure that you strictly follow the procedures below to receive credit on a return.

      IMPORTANT: Until you are absolutely sure that you will keep the watch, you must not wear it. A new watch worn even one time for a short period exhibits signs of wear to both the strap and case, and will not be accepted for return. Do not make any modifications to the bracelet - such as resizing it or having links removed.

      All watches must be returned in their original packaging in brand new, unused and undamaged condition. This applies to boxes, papers, warranty and instruction sheets. If any of these items are missing, damaged or modified, the return cannot be accepted and the package will be returned to you.

      Customer must contact AAA Watch Club in advance by phone to receive an RMA number. Phone call must be received by us within 3 calendar days of receiving your watch. RMA number must be clearly printed/shown on the outside of the shipping container or it will be treated as an unauthorized return and will not be accepted.

      Returns received without an RMA number will immediately be rejected and returned to you. Once this occurs, the watch will no longer be eligible for return.

      Returns must be fully insured and shipped with a courier that provides a tracking number so that your package can be traced on their web site at your convenience. Full insurance protects the customer's package against loss, theft or damage to either the watch or packaging during the return. Any loss, theft or damage that occurs on a return are customer's sole responsibility and damaged watches will be returned to the customer.

      Shipping, insurance and handling charges paid on the purchase are not refundable. Should customer decide to make a return for any reason, all return shipping and insurance charges are paid by customer - no exceptions.

    • How Much Is Return Shipping?
      Please check with your local post office for shipping costs.

    • Will I Have to Pay Additional Charges for Returns?

      Returns for Repair or Replacement - None.

      Customer must contact us to request a return authorization number. Once you've received your return authorization number, you should return your watch(es) to us, insured and properly packaged so that no additional damage occurs during transport. Any products being returned without return authorization will be rejected upon arrival as non-authorized returns.

      Returns for Non-Defect Reasons: 15% Restocking Fee.

      Fotowatch is not required to accept watches back for non-defect reasons and will determine, at its sole discretion, whether to authorize returns for non-defect reasons.

      Customer must contact us to request a return authorization number. Once you've received your return authorization number, you should return your watch(es) to us, insured and properly packaged so that no damage occurs during transport. Watch product must never have been worn nor have ANY signs of wear and tear. Requests to return a watch for non-defect reasons must be made within 72 hours of watch receipt. No exceptions. Any products being returned without return authorization will be rejected upon arrival as non-authorized returns.

  • Volume Discounts
    • Do you offer volume discounts?
      Yes. Absolutely. A 15% volume discount applies when you purchase the entire collection of 24 Hour Dial watches.

  • Warranty
    • Do watches come with a warranty/guarantee?
      All watches come with a 1 year limited warranty against defective materials or workmanship. Click here to see the warranty card.

  • Watch Dimensions
    • Where can I find the Watch-Dimensions?
      Click "DIMENSIONS" under the Features section displayed on every product page. We provide the Dimensions for every Watch Model (except for our Jewelry Watch Section).

      NOTE: All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from the listed dimensions.

  • Duties and Taxes
    • For Domestic Orders, Are State Taxes Applicable?
      Fotowatch (the owner and operator of the AAA Watch Club) is an Illinois based company. All orders purchased by individuals or companies in Illinois or delivered to an address in Illinois will be assessed the applicable state tax.
